The
CLIVEDEN WINTER BEER FESTIVAL is a craft beer tasting and fundraising
event unlike any other. The event will showcase a special selection
of seasonal and limited-edition holiday craft beers from the nation’s
top craft breweries. Taking advantage of the ambiance and historic significance
of the Cliveden setting, attendees will be able to sample the special
beers as well as learn about historic brewing techniques and take tours
of Cliveden—one of America’s most historic colonial homes.

The
Festival will take place on Cliveden’s historic and picturesque
grounds—the scene of the 1777 Revolutionary Battle of Germantown.
The event will help raise funds for the preservation and community revitalization
work of Cliveden and will support Cliveden’s education and community
programs. Cliveden is located at 6401 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia,
PA 19144. (In Mt. Airy, just 1.5 miles from Chestnut Hill)
Attendees
receive a 6 oz. souvenir tasting glass with a two-ounce pour line and
are welcome to sample any beer being poured by the brewers. Designated
drivers do not receive a tasting glass. Food will be available for purchase.
